It undertakes a range of humanitarian activities in Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea and Gabon. The ICRC, as guardian of the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949 and their Additional Protocols, cooperates with the authorities in those three countries in accordance with its mandate and in concert with other humanitarian organizations.
