Art. 101 Public appeals to begin an aggressive war
Article 101. Public appeals to begin an aggressive war
101.1. Public appeals to begin an aggressive war, -
are punished by restriction of liberty for a period to 3 years or by deprivation of liberty for the same period.
101.2. In case such actions are committed by using mass media or by the official, -
they are punished by prohibition of the right to exercise certain activity or by deprivation of liberty for a period of 2 to 5 years without such prohibition.
