Art. 9
Le présent code est applicable aux infractions commises en Suisse et à celles qui ont été commises à l'étranger.
Toute peine privative de liberté subie à l'étranger à raison de l'infraction poursuivie en Suisse sera imputée sur la peine à prononcer.
