16-05-2008 Event Dublin Conference on Cluster Munitions Diplomatic conference for the adoption of a cluster munitions convention, Dublin, Ireland, 19 - 30 May 2008 The final conference in the Cluster Process will be the Diplomatic Conference in Dublin, 19 - 30 May 2008. More than 100 States are meeting at the conference to negotiate a new treaty banning cluster munitions that cause unacceptable harm to civilians.
