A Foundation to serve the ICRC

Help today, make a commitment to tomorrow

The Foundation for the ICRC is composed of representatives of business and political circles as well as ICRC officials. It strives to guarantee the organization of effective long-term funding independent of voluntary government contributions.

By enlisting support from large corporations, individuals and other foundations, the Foundation seeks to establish a substantial endowment fund whose income will be freely available to the ICRC. The purpose of the fund is to enable the ICRC to meet unforeseen needs and to pursue its work in favour of victims of long-standing wars and forgotten conflits.
